Looks like they’re sticking out enough that you can just grind a couple flats onto them and use a wrench.

What an MF- er. I once had a CJ-7 that had 14 out of 20 locking nuts with a variety of different key patterns. No keys, of course. I spent about a week working at removing the wheels. Come home from work, go to the garage, use hammer/sockets/Vise Grips/etc. until a wheel was finally off, go to bed, repeat.
